• Delivered food to the Magodo Orphanage, which is located in the slums of Nairobi.\u00a0 \u00a0With the shutdown across the country, they were badly in need of these supplies.<\/li>\n
• Continued to work with the company selected to install solar energy at Magodo.<\/li>\n
• Started discussions with our friends and ministry partners, James and Jessica Koger, about our annual October outreach in Appalachia, where so many people are suffering from poverty.\u00a0 We have a large collection of coats, hats, gloves, and boots stored in my attic in\u00a0the hope that we will be able to continue this \u201ctradition.\u201d\u00a0 Even in this time of national shutdown, James and Jessica have not been idle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
